YA & Adult Crossover Marketing Manager

Penguin Random House seeks a Manager to join their Marketing team in a hybrid role based in New York. Reporting to the Director, YA Marketing, you will collaborate with editors, publishers, sales colleagues, and authors to plan and execute integrated title campaigns from concept through launch.
The ideal candidate brings at least four years of marketing experience in book publishing, strong copywriting, presentation skills, and comfort with events, social media, and content production.
