District Manager: Lead ASM Teams & Drive KPI Growth

Matador Distributing LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead a team of Account Managers (ASMs) focused on in-store execution for key customers and to drive Red Bull initiatives. You will coach, develop, and evaluate ASM performance while reporting KPI results and ensuring safety and standard operating procedures across the market.
You will spend substantial time on coaching, route rides, and partner communications to implement national and local programming.
