Genmab is creating its first internal US manufacturing site and seeks a Sr. Director, Engineering Design who will lead feasibility, concept, basic and detailed design, coordinating with external partners to advance CAPEX with governance and pace.
Based in Denmark and reporting to the SVP, this role will align US site leadership with Genmab HQ, ensure progress visibility, onboard key contractors, and translate Genmab culture into the new site, with regular US travel.
