Confero is seeking a strategic Social Media & Advocacy lead to own external voice across LinkedIn, YouTube, and X, coordinating calendar and cadence for maximum reach.
You will run an employee advocacy program for executives and 15–20 customer-facing employees, ghostwriting and coaching them to post in their own voices. You will also manage relationships with influencers, analysts and partners to amplify credibility and impact.
