Position Details

As our Account Manager, Marketing Services, you thrive as an adaptive strategic liaison, seamlessly bringing together client stakeholders and your internal partners (media buyer, designer, developer). Powered by a strong foundational grasp of digital marketing and web tech, you lead client calls with confidence, navigate technical concepts with clarity, manage and optimize digital campaigns, and keep everyone aligned to drive meaningful results.
Client Partnership

Strategic Program Guidance:

Partner with clients to turn ideas into structured, executable co-op campaigns and DTC marketing programs. Helping to guide decision‑making with clarity, setting realistic expectations and clear goals.
Services & Platform Alignment:

Partner closely with the client's dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to deliver best-in-class, seamless client management. While the CSM owns technical platform implementation and tech support, you lead all marketing services needs, working in lockstep to ensure a unified front.
Account Health & Retention:

Track key account health indicators, mitigate churn risks, capture client feedback, and co‑lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) alongside the Director of Marketing Services and CSM to showcase overall ROI and surface organic growth opportunities.
Execution, Delivery & Internal Management

Media Strategy & Optimization : Partner closely with your internal media buyer partner to shape multi‑channel digital strategies across Meta, Google, and emerging channels. While the media buyer handles hands‑on campaign execution and you collaborate on performance optimizations, you own the client‑facing narrative. Working under the guidance of the Director of Marketing Services, you leverage performance data to lead strategic discussions that showcase ROI, influence broader marketing direction, and identify high‑value opportunities for clients to confidently reinvest and scale.
Cross‑Functional Project Management:

Serve as the central connector and project lead between clients and our team. You excel at managing project plans, tracking timelines, and making sure internal and external teams move in lockstep from design to development and client approvals.
Technical & Marketing Liaison:

Leverage a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and web tech concepts, like landing pages, web forms, lead passing, UTM tracking, and email automation, to run client calls with confidence and simplify complex topics without needing to execute the build yourself.
Who You Are

Experience:

3 years of experience in a media, ad, or digital marketing agency environment, with proven hands‑on experience in account management, client strategy, and campaign execution.
Adaptable & Startup Mindset:

You thrive in a dynamic, fast‑growing environment where priorities shift, and every team member plays a critical role in company growth.
Detail‑Oriented Implementer:

You bring high precision to every stage of a project. Upfront, you gather complete requirements, so internal teams have what they need to execute smoothly. Downstream, you double‑check design deliverables, UTM links, and client presentations to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
High‑Empathy Orchestrator:

You read the room, understand different team dynamics, and take pride in keeping clients and internal teammates working toward the same goal.
Clear & Methodical Communicator:

You know how to streamline messaging. You believe tailoring communications to effectively resonate with the audience is critical to building strong relationships and keeping projects moving forward.
Action‑Oriented Strategist:

You proactively drive project momentum while keeping clients happy. You know when to be a supportive champion, and when to be an empathetic listener, and when to bring calm confidence to steer projects forward.
Curious & Tech‑Fluent:

You're naturally curious about digital marketing and web tech. You're comfortable navigating routine questions independently and know when to pull in subject matter experts for deeper dives.
Proactive Owner:

You actively monitor account health, anticipate client needs, bring ideas to internal leadership, and ensure the team follows through on commitments. You take pride in your work and the work of your peers, celebrating accomplishments and client successes.
Travel Flexibility:

Willingness to travel as needed for key client meetings and relationship‑building.
