Establishes and adjusts program policies, priorities, and operating guidelines to improve service delivery and ensure responsiveness to evolving mission needs. 4. Develops organizational environmental, sustainability, and cultural resources management policy and procedures that cover environmental, sustainability, and cultural resources program. 5. Analyzes, interprets, and oversees the implementation of environmental, sustainability, and cultural resources management policies.
