It is one of the largest employers in every community it serves.The Regional Director, Mission Integration is responsible for integrating SSM Healths Catholic Identity, mission and values throughout the Oklahoma region, promoting organizational integrity in all dealings and interactions, cultivating a values-based organizational culture, and uniting people around the organization's heritage as a ministry founded by the Franciscan Sisters of Mary.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:Primary ResponsibilitiesImparts the mission, values, and vision of SSM Health and facilitates the integration of values in all activitiesWorks collaboratively with other regional and system Mission Integration staffProvides a credible mission perspective on hospital leadership teams and other leadership groups as appropriateFacilitates formation experiences for leaders, physicians, and staffCollaborates with other Mission Integration staff to plan Mission DaysEnsures an organized and active Mission Awareness Team in every entityEnsures organization of care for the caregiver in every hospitalLeads other mission-related activities, celebrations, and prayersEthics and Decision-MakingProvides support and supervision of Ethics Committees and ensures committee practices reflect best practicesSupports decision-making processes throughout the ministries in which they serveEnsures organizational alignment with the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care ServicesPastoral CareAssists in implementation of Pastoral Care strategySupports Pastoral Care staffCollaborates with Mission Integration staff across the region on evaluation of services, development of Pastoral Care staff, and best practices in pastoral care services.Church RelationsCollaborates with Regional Ministry Leadership and System Vice President, Mission & Ethics in cultivating relationships and communication with local ordinariesLeads collaboration with local parishes and faith communitiesOther duties as assignedEducationMasters degree in Theology, Health Care Mission, Ethics or related fieldExperienceTen years' experience in pastoral ministryFive years of leadership preferredPreferred candidates will have in-depth knowledge of the Catholic Churchs Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services, typically acquired through Catholic Health Care leadership experience, formal education, mission formation programs and/or significant involvement in Catholic ministry.SSM Health values our exceptional employees by offering a comprehensive benefits package to fit their needs.Paid Parental Leave: we offer eligible team members one week of paid parental leave for newborns or newly adopted children (pro-rated based on FTE).Flexible Payment Options: our voluntary benefit offered through DailyPay offers eligible hourly team members instant access to their earned, unpaid base pay(fees may apply)before payday.Upfront Tuition Coverage: we provide upfront tuition coverage through FlexPath Funded for eligible team members.SSM Health is an equal opportunity employer.
