Senior Creative Communications Lead — Arts & Culture

Baltimore City’s Mayor's Office of Arts and Culture (MOACE) is seeking a Creative Communications Specialist to lead branding, multimedia content, and citywide communications for arts and cultural initiatives. You will manage campaigns, create digital and print assets, and produce photo/video content.
The role supports MOACE leadership, collaborates with City agencies and partners, and requires strong Adobe CC skills, event coverage, and storytelling across diverse audiences.
