Artist Development Lead — Indie/Pop/Rock (Hybrid)

Yoh Services LLC is seeking an Artist Development Manager for an immediate, 2‑month contract in New York, NY. The role is hybrid with 4 days on-site and 1 day remotely, at a maximum rate of $50-55 per hour, for 37.5 hours a week.
You will own a roster of developing artists, craft release strategies, and drive fanbase growth through digital marketing. Must have 5+ years in artist development or related fields and be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
