Events & Retail Field Marketing Lead

Long Home in Savage, MD is seeking an Events & Retail Supervisor to drive lead generation at local retail partnerships and manage a range of events from home shows to fairs. You will engage shoppers, identify prospects, and introduce them to Long Home products and services while meeting regional sales goals.
You will train and mentor Retail Field Marketing Representatives, supervise logistics from setup to breakdown, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliant, high-quality brand presence at every event.
