VP of Marketing: Brand Growth & Guest Loyalty

The Kinsa Group is seeking a Vice President of Marketing for a Vernon, CA-based iconic Southern California restaurant brand. You will own the overall marketing strategy and brand vision, shaping how the guest experience translates into growth.
You’ll lead digital and guest engagement, drive loyalty and performance, collaborate with Culinary and Operations on menus, and build the marketing team (initially 1–2 direct reports). Travel up to 25%.
