We are currently seeking an Ad Operations Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is fully remote.
Job Description:

Pay: $38 – 41.38/hr (W2)
1-year assignment with potential for extension based on performance and business needs
Fully remote opportunity
You will manage day-to-day execution of digital advertising and promotional campaigns across multiple business lines
Coordinate campaign deliverables with cross-functional account teams to ensure successful launches
Perform ad QA across desktop and mobile platforms to validate targeting, discounts, eligibility, and creative rendering before launch
Become a subject matter expert on internal advertising tools, systems, and campaign processes
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ticket-based environment
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in ad operations, digital advertising, programmatic advertising, or a related operations role
Experience working in high-growth startup or agency environments preferred
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Experience working in Slack-driven, ticket-based workflows
