Personal Insurance Account Executive

The Personal Insurance Account Executive will develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing high net worth clients in order to increase revenue. Ensure that organizational services consistently meet client needs. Work independently and is responsible for sustaining and renewing assigned book of accounts.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Responsible for the servicing and marketing of a book of business as assigned by direct manager.
Responsible for analysis of policy forms, complex and detailed coverage comparisons, identifying exposures and making appropriate recommendations to clients and assisting clients with understanding of policy coverages.
Responsible for renewing all assigned policies to ensure they are issued on a timely basis and in accordance with prescribed workflows. This includes detailed documentation in Epic system.
Knowledge and use of platforms such as EPIC, INDIO, CSR24 and Lineslip.
Responsible for monitoring management reports in Epic including Expiration Reports and other reports as assigned by Dept Manager.
Develops and maintains relationship with assigned high net worth clients, including in depth coverage analysis, presentations to clients, analyzing risks and identifying exposures.
Direct and frequent involvement and negotiations with insurance company underwriters.
Training of other staff members as well as participation in training of new employees.
Reliance on extensive experience and judgement to plan and assist in accomplishing department goals as set by department manager and senior management.
Required Skills
Strong insurance technical skills -- must have deep knowledge of insurance coverages, policy forms and insurance industry marketplace.
Strong organizational skills to effectively manage book of high net worth clients.
Strong communication skills -- directly works with all VIS Depts, Insurance carrier underwriters and larger clients.
Required Experience
High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 8 years relevant agency experience.
Insurance broker's license.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Additional insurance designations (i.e., CPCU, CIC) also preferred.
