Field Campaign Director: Canvass & Community Outreach

The Outreach Team in Gretna, NE is seeking Field Directors to lead canvassing operations for Nebraska campaigns. You will train and supervise a team of 40–60 hourly staff, set goals, and report progress to leadership while modeling hands-on canvassing.
This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to equity and civic engagement. Local knowledge of Nebraska preferred; must be able to work long hours including weekends.
