Regional Sales Director — Growth Leader & Team Coach

Atlantic Coast Athletic Clubs, LP is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive membership sales across a market. This leader will recruit, coach and develop Membership Advisors, ensure consistent execution of sales processes and partner with General Managers and Marketing to maximize growth and retention.
The RSD leads by example with field presence, reports to the Regional Manager, and travels among clubs to inspire performance and deliver Five Star service.
