The Director, NSCLC Scientific Marketing Lead is a strategic leadership role within Regeneron's US Oncology Commercial organization. This position is responsible for leading the overall NSCLC Scientific Marketing strategy and organization, serving as the critical link between the commercial organization and the scientific community to drive awareness, education, and engagement for the product.

Reporting to the US NSCLC Brand Lead, the Director provides strategic leadership for scientific marketing initiatives, thought leader engagement, and field-based scientific marketing activities, ensuring alignment with the overall US brand strategy. The role is a 2 nd

line leader role with Scientific Marketers and field based marketers reporting up through to them.

When & Where

In the Sleepy Hollow, NY office for 4 days a week with travel approximately for Congresses, Ad Boards, POA including occasional weekend travel/meetings as business needs require (~25% of the time)

Discover Your Role

Lead the development and execution of the US NSCLC Scientific Marketing strategy and annual business plan aligned with overall brand objectives

Own the scientific marketing budget, including resource allocation, investment decisions, forecasting, and delivery of key strategic initiatives

Establish and oversee NSCLC KOL engagement strategy, advocacy plan, and insight generation priorities

Build and maintain strategic relationships with leading academic and community oncology experts across NSCLC

Oversee advisory boards, steering committee engagements, speaker programs, congress activities, and other scientific engagement initiatives to generate actionable insights

Drive KOL mapping and engagement strategies across national, regional, and local levels to ensure comprehensive customer coverage and insight generation

Lead and evolve the US TLL strategy and scientific engagement model, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and customer needs

Serve as a key member of the US NSCLC Brand Team, providing ongoing tumor area expertise and delivering strategic recommendations based on market dynamics and customer insights

Partner closely with NSCLC Marketing leadership to ensure seamless integration and execution of brand strategy, customer engagement plans, and educational initiatives

Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Key Account Marketing, and other cross-functional partners to support aligned customer engagement strategies

Lead congress strategy and scientific presence planning, including sponsorship opportunities, scientific engagement activities, and collaborator interactions

Monitor and evaluate tactical plan effectiveness through key performance indicators, insight reporting, and business impact assessments

Ensure all programs, engagements, and materials follow legal, regulatory, corporate, and ethical requirements

This Role Requires

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD, MD, MS, or equivalent) preferred

12+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related industry experience

8-10 years of experience in oncology marketing, scientific marketing, medical affairs, or commercial leadership roles

Demonstrated success developing and driving KOL engagement, thought leader advocacy, and scientific exchange strategies

Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams

Strong understanding of oncology clinical practice, scientific data, and treatment landscapes

Experience leading advisory boards, congress strategy, speaker bureau programs, and scientific engagement initiatives
