Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to join the store leadership team in Ohio. You will oversee customer service, Pro department readiness, and operational processes to drive sales, loyalty, and Pro Xtra signups, while ensuring a fast, accurate customer experience.
You will lead Pro team activities, manage opening/closing SOPs, coach associates, and partner with store leaders to implement Pro strategies.
