Brand & PR Director: Grow Member Engagement

Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) is seeking a Director of Marketing and Public Relations for our Chicago corporate office. The role leads marketing, brand strategy, and public relations across all clubs, reporting to the CRO and guiding a small team.
You will oversee campaigns, digital marketing, events, and content, driving recurring lead generation and ensuring a consistent member experience across channels. Salary is $90K+ with bonus eligibility based on experience.
