OPERATION MANAGER

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pediatric healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the facility's operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless coordination and communication across all departments

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements

Manage and train a team of administrative and support staff to maintain a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction

Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors

Act as a liaison between upper management and front-line staff to ensure alignment of goals and objectives

Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive growth and success of the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and process improvement

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
