Production Manager / Production Representative A well-established apparel company with nearly 50 years of experience designing, sourcing, manufacturing, and supplying apparel to leading North American retailers. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to join our growing production team.
Position Overview The Production Manager / Production Representative will oversee production from purchase order through final delivery. The ideal candidate communicates effectively with overseas factories and vendors, manages multiple timelines, and maintains accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Manage production from order placement through shipment
Communicate with overseas factories and domestic vendors
Track production schedules and ensure on-time delivery
Review purchase orders, production updates, and shipping schedules
Resolve production, quality, and delivery issues
Coordinate with sales, design, logistics, and warehouse teams
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards
Build strong relationships with manufacturing partners
Qualifications 3+ years of apparel production experience preferred
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office
Experience working with overseas factories
Knowledge of apparel construction, sourcing, and manufacturing is a plus
Preferred Qualifications Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Preferred languages include:
