Director Of Public Relations & CommunicationsThe Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville seeks a Director of Public Relations & Communications to join our talented team. This role is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of communications, public relations, and social media initiatives that elevate the hotel's brand presence, strengthen media relationships, and enhance guest engagement while supporting Four Seasons' global standards and business objectives.What you will do:Elevate Restaurant & Bar Concepts: Develop strategic public relations initiatives that engage the influencer community, create compelling food & beverage activations that resonate with locals, residents, and hotel guests.Partner with culinary leadership, sales, and events teams to drive covers across all meal periods in outlets. This role represents Bacco, Bacco Bar, and Riviere rooftop through signature events, community partnerships, media relations, and integrated digital and social campaigns.Develop and execute a comprehensive public relations and communications strategy that supports the hotel's business goals and market positioning.Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and national media to secure impactful coverage and storytelling opportunities.Lead media outreach efforts, including press visits, media events, interviews, press releases, and editorial pitches.Oversee the hotel's social media strategy and content development to ensure alignment with Four Seasons brand standards.Monitor social media performance, engagement metrics, and industry trends to optimize digital presence and guest interaction.Partner with marketing, sales, and events teams to amplify campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and special events.Manage internal communications initiatives that foster employee engagement and alignment with hotel objectives and values.Represent the hotel within the local community and cultivate partnerships with organizations, influencers, and key stakeholders.Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels and collaborate with corporate teams on brand initiatives.Support crisis communication and reputation management efforts when needed.What you bring:Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.5-7 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or journalism.Previous hospitality, luxury brand, or food and beverage experience preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop compelling stories and media pitches.Demonstrated success building media, community, and business relationships, along with proficiency in social media platforms and monitoring tools.What we offer:Competitive salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits packageExcellent training and development opportunitiesEmployee discount for stays at any Four Seasons worldwideComplimentary dry cleaning for employee uniformsComplimentary employee mealsComprehensive health and wellness benefitsRetirement savings planCareer growth opportunities within a global luxury hospitality companySchedule & Hours:Full-time positionPrimarily daytime business hours with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to support events, media functions, and operational needs.Visa Requirements:Authorization to work in the United States is required unless the candidate is currently in a managerial role with another Four Seasons location.
