We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Community Relations & Business Development Coordinator to help expand our client base, build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals and community organizations, and make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

This is a field-based business development role —not a social media or office marketing position. You'll represent Love & Loyalty Home Care in the community, develop referral partnerships, and help connect families with exceptional home care services.

What You'll Do

Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, case managers, attorneys, senior communities, and healthcare organizations.

Generate qualified referrals and new client opportunities.

Conduct community outreach and attend networking events.

Present our services to referral partners.

Track leads and maintain strong follow-up.
