About Us
We are a full-service creative production company specializing in commercials, branded content, feature films, television, music videos, virtual production, visual effects, and high-end post-production. We partner with agencies, brands, studios, and filmmakers to create premium creative work while maintaining an exceptional level of client service and execution.
We’re looking for an experienced Post Producer who can confidently own every aspect of post-production—from the initial client conversation and project bid through editorial, VFX, finishing, delivery, and final project wrap.
This is
not
a coordinator role. We’re looking for someone who can independently lead projects, build trust with clients, manage artists and vendors, oversee budgets and schedules, solve problems proactively, and successfully run multiple productions simultaneously.
If you’re passionate about post-production, thrive in fast-paced creative environments, and love building systems that keep projects running smoothly, we’d love to meet you.
Required Qualifications
5–8+ years of professional post-production producing experience.
Experience producing commercials, branded content, feature films, television, documentaries, or music videos.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Experience creating bids, budgets, and production schedules.
Strong understanding of AICP budgeting methodologies.
Deep understanding of editorial, conform, VFX, color, finishing, audio, and delivery pipelines.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing shifting priorities.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Comfortable communicating directly with agency, studio, and brand clients.
What You’ll Do
As our Post Producer, you’ll own the complete lifecycle of multiple post-production projects.
Lead multiple post-production projects simultaneously across commercials, branded content, television, feature films, documentaries, trailers, music videos, digital campaigns, and emerging media.

Coordinate internal departments and external vendors.
Maintain project profitability while protecting creative quality.

Lead kickoff meetings and discovery calls.
Define project scope and deliverables.
Develop Statements of Work (SOWs).
Present schedules, budgets, and timelines.

Budgeting & Financial Management
Create detailed bids and estimates for post-production projects.
Build comprehensive budgets using AICP budgeting methodologies.
