Retail Promotions Lead — Field Marketing & Team Coach

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is hiring a Retail Promotions Manager to lead field-promoter teams in retail and event spaces. You will recruit, staff, train, coach and motivate your team to generate leads and raise local awareness.
You will attend weekly management meetings, provide reporting and ROI metrics, and serve as the face of Mad City in public spaces. A valid driver's license, weekend availability, and strong communication skills are essential.
