We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Talent Acquisition Director to lead our university and campus recruiting program strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with our global objectives. The Global Talent Acquisition Director will develop and implement a strategic roadmap related to university and campus strategies, connected to the global strategic talent plan, including RPO Management, demand management, and academic planning. They will develop strategic SLAs and KPIs, manage campus recruiting efforts of all suppliers with a focus on RPO, and oversee compliance, compensation, benefits, diversity, HRIS systems, and alignment with Carrier's annual plan.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, implementing, and managing global talent acquisition university and campus recruiting programs and policies to best achieve the organization's objectives for entry-level talent.
- Evaluating the strategic global criteria for Focus School selection and success measures, ROI for those focus schools.
- Driving planning and recommendations for strategic partnership investments.
- Aligning and facilitating early career demand management planning processes in partnership with senior executives, HR, and Talent COE partners.
- Developing the strategic service delivery for university relations and recruitment inclusive of outreach and conversion whether In-house or Outsourced to RPO suppliers.
- Planning for and anticipating short- and long-term talent acquisition needs, following current trends, and aligning to strategic growth areas of the business based on external talent intelligence (supply and demand intelligence).
- Managing a small team and ensuring current employees have the skills necessary for development and future organizational requirements.
- Overseeing implementation of talent acquisition policies including administration of compliance, compensation and benefits programs, workforce diversity, and maintenance of human resources and talent acquisition information systems in alignment with the global academic calendar and Carrier annual plan cycles
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12 years of experience in university relations recruiting in an RPO environment as well as in-house recruiting on a global level.

- Master’s with 10 years of experience.
