We're not looking for another 'social media person'.
We're looking for the one who can make a side-by-side go viral and give a Takeuchi main-character energy - all while getting paid to play with Kubota, Mahindra, Gravely, SANY, and CFMoto.
What you'll actually do most days:

Create short-form bangers (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, IG, YouTube, FB) that stop the scroll and start conversations
Shoot, edit, and post content that makes our equipment the coolest thing in Florida
Build Crystal Tractor of Ocala into a brand people actually follow and engage with
Light sales support so the content you create can turn into real deals
A few adulting tasks (kept minor on purpose):

Register new equipment with manufacturers
Stock in incoming inventory
Keep clean records and filing so nothing disappears into the void
Stay organized enough that creative chaos doesn’t become actual chaos
You're the type who:

Already lives on TikTok/IG and knows what performs
Can make heavy equipment look cinematic or hilariously relatable
Hates corporate fluff and prefers real, punchy content
Wants creative freedom and actual impact instead of recycling the same three stock photos

Must-haves:

Proven ability to create engaging digital content (portfolio or examples required)
Strong eye for what performs on social
Comfortable with basic computer/Microsoft Office work
