Business Development Manager - Facility Services

Business Development ManagerWe are looking for a Business Development Manager who can own the full revenue cycle for IFS. This is not a lead-generation role. We need someone who can build and manage relationships at the senior level, run our sales pipeline end to end, and close multi-property service agreements with commercial owners and PM firms across San Diego. The right candidate understands the commercial real estate ecosystem, knows how to get in the door at CBRE, Colliers, and Kidder Mathews, and can walk a property portfolio and scope a maintenance program. A book of business in commercial facility services is a meaningful differentiator for this role.Your Location:Our Office: 110 W.
