neoBIM is hiring a founding designer to own the look, feel, and design system from day one, building in code and shaping how a 3D BIM tool feels and works. You’ll design directly in HTML/CSS/React, prototype with Claude, and own iconography, illustrations, and the overall product surface.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineers in a fast-moving startup, ensuring the design stays native to the medium, accessible, responsive, and consistent across light/dark modes.
