Thatch is rewiring how health benefits work and seeks a Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale new acquisition channels across paid social, CTV, OOH, radio, and emerging media.
You will own our strategy across multiple channels, design and execute channel testing plans, and measure success while partnering closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Design, and Analytics to turn new channels into repeatable sources of pipeline. This is a build role with ownership in a fast-moving environment.
