Digital Marketing Account Manager

Encore Marketing | Gainesville, FL | Full-time | Hybrid (Wednesdays and Fridays in office)

Encore is a marketing agency for local service businesses across North Central Florida and beyond: contractors, trades, home services, and the companies that keep this region running. We're a lean team of about ten, we run on EOS, and we build with AI at every layer of our process. It's how one account manager can run a book of 25 accounts without dropping things, and how we ship work at a pace most agencies can't touch. We're hiring a second Account Manager to own client relationships day to day.

What you'll actually do

Run monthly and bi-weekly client meetings: build the presentation, QA it, walk the client through what happened, what we think, and what we're doing next

Send the follow-ups that keep everything moving: action items with due dates for our team, clear debriefs for the client

Keep Teamwork (our project management tool) organized so every team member knows what's due, what's blocked, and what the client said

Run onboarding for new clients: kickoff calls, learning their brand and goals, and untangling the access maze (Meta, Google Analytics, Google Ads, DNS)

Chase what's needed, kindly and repeatedly. Clients are busy running their businesses. Our team is heads‑down in the work. You're the one who keeps both sides on track, and you don't get tired of reminding people.

You've juggled multiple clients or projects at once and nothing slipped

You can read marketing results and explain them in plain English, without hiding behind jargon

You're organized to a fault and you like being the driver

You're comfortable holding clients accountable for what they owe: assets, approvals, decisions

You're honest with the numbers, including the bad months

You're excited to work AI‑first. Our processes are built around it, and you'll use it

daily.

The pace here is fast but not hectic. Our systems work, so we move quickly without the daily fire drills.

Full-time, W-2. Salary range is $50,000 to $65,000 depending on experience. In office Wednesdays and Fridays at our Gainesville studio, standard hours 8:30 to 5.
