About the role

Wander is hiring a Junior Graphic Designer for an entry-level, $45,000/year role in Austin, TX. You'll take AI-generated, template-based websites and turn them into beautiful, polished sites for luxury short-term vacation rental managers.

What you'll do

Take AI-generated website templates and turn them into beautiful, on-brand sites for luxury short-term rental property managers
Apply strong design taste to layouts, typography, colors, and imagery so every site feels premium and trustworthy
Customize templates for each client's brand, property portfolio, and target guest
Use AI tools, including Claude Cowork, to speed up design, content, and website-building workflows
Collaborate with the team to refine templates and design systems over time
Qualifications

Entry-level / junior role paying $45,000/year - no professional experience required, but a strong design portfolio (school projects, personal work, or freelance) is a must
Genuine interest in graphic design, layout, typography, and visual branding, with an eye for luxury and premium aesthetics
Comfortable using AI tools for design and workflow, and excited to use Claude Cowork daily
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to move quickly across many small projects
Austin, TX based required; relocation is not supported
Visa sponsorship is not supported
