Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to support the development of engaging social content and large-scale campaign assets in a fast-paced, highly visible environment. This role combines independent creative ownership with collaborative execution, requiring a designer who can generate compelling concepts while also bringing established campaign visions to life with precision and consistency. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who can transform complex ideas, emerging technologies, and technical concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly designs. Success in this role requires both conceptual creativity and production excellence across digital and physical formats.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing Design, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Experience
Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing social media, brand, and marketing design work.
Experience designing for social media and digital-first channels.
Experience supporting campaign, event, or production design initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical or complex concepts through accessible visual storytelling.
Core Skills
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly:
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Strong knowledge of:
Typography
Layout design
Visual hierarchy
Color theory
Brand systems
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with creative leadership.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating assets intended for motion graphics or light animation workflows.
Working knowledge of Figma.
Strong understanding of digital and social media best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Social Design (Approximately 60%)
Design compelling, on-brand social media assets that keep channels active, fresh, and engaging.
Develop creative concepts and visual solutions while maintaining consistency with established brand standards.
Translate complex technologies and technical concepts into simple, visually engaging content for broad audiences.
Manage assigned work independently against a content calendar and project deadlines.
Ensure high standards of quality control, including design accuracy, grammar, spelling, accessibility, and brand compliance.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, team meetings, and content planning discussions.
Campaign Production Design (Approximately 40%)
Partner with Art Directors and stakeholders to support major marketing campaigns.
Execute high volumes of campaign assets using established design systems, creative briefs, and asset lists.
Produce assets across multiple formats, including:
Social media content
Digital and physical banners
Event and environmental signage
Swag and promotional materials
Presentation decks
Campaign collateral
Adapt and extend visual systems consistently across all deliverables.
Create files that are animation-ready when required and collaborate closely with motion and video teams.
Deliver high-quality assets efficiently during campaign production cycles.
