About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Communications, Public Relations, and Analyst Relations Marketing to spearhead the development of its external voice. This senior leader will be responsible for creating and executing a global PR strategy, driving high-quality media coverage, and leading analyst relations with a focus on security and industry-specific publications. The role involves owning the end-to-end communication process for product launches, proactively pitching stories, and aligning messaging with the company's business priorities. The successful candidate will also be tasked with developing executive thought leadership, managing crisis communications, and tracking PR/AR performance metrics.

Candidates for this role at The Company should have 8-10 years' of experience in PR, corporate communications, or analyst relations, with a preference for those with a background in cybersecurity or enterprise B2B SaaS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing tier 1 media coverage, managing relationships with analysts at major firms, and leading global product launch communications. Experience in a high-growth, early-stage startup environment and international comms experience are also highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and relevant certifications such as APR are a plus. The role offers the opportunity to build and own the company's global communications function and to work with a talented team dedicated to improving security operations.
