Graphic Design Prepress Specialist

We're looking for someone who loves the intersection of design, production, and customer service.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating print-ready artwork, solving problems, and helping customers bring their ideas to life.

What You'll Do

Prepare customer files for print and ensure they are production-ready

Design and update marketing materials like business cards, brochures, signage, mailers, and more

Create proofs and communicate revisions with clients

Operate within Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat

Work closely with our production team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time

Assist clients over the phone, by email, and in person

Help welcome walk-in customers and help determine the best solution for their project

Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service

Help keep projects organized and moving through production

Learn about our new equipment, print techniques, and specialty finishing as needed

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has experience with Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign and Illustrator

Has an eye for detail and catches the little things

Enjoys talking with people and providing exceptional customer service

Is organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

Learns quickly and enjoys solving problems

Can take direction while also working independently

Appreciates that deadlines matter in the print industry

Has previous print or prepress experience (preferred but not required, we're willing to train the right person)

Schedule

Part-time to full-time (25-40 hours/week)

Daytime weekday hours between 9am-5pm
