Technical Writer

Technical WriterThis temporary staff position is required to document the discussions, create process, create procedure manuals, and develop training programs supporting the integration of the ASDF, IdMSI, Multi-Factor, and overall Secure Sign-on initiatives.The contractor will be expected to produce process documents; informational documents, flow-charts and diagrams. Consumers will be IT Support Staff, Business People and different levels of management. Documentation will cover current state, transition information and future state. State government experience is a plus, but not required.The technical writer will be expected to heavily use the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with Microsoft Visio for diagrams.What Skill Sets are required?Knowledge of Identity Management terms/conceptsExpert knowledge with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPointMid-level knowledge of Microsoft Visio/SharePointYears of experience required:3-5 yearAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
