Job Summary
The East Side Union High School District (ESUHSD) seeks a skilled and passionate Music Director to prepare music students for their theatrical production. The coach will work alongside the production's director. The coach's role includes rehearsal preparation, instruction, and performance support at one or more school sites, contributing to high-quality performing arts production for a diverse student body.

Requirements / Qualifications

Experience in instrumental pedagogy as well as rehearsal planning and implementation.

Experience teaching high school-aged students.

Experience teaching in both small and large group settings.

Selected candidates must pass fingerprint clearance and provide current TB test results PRIOR to employment.

Key Tasks/Duties

Collaborate with the Production's director so as to align with overall production goals.

Provide large and small group instruction designed to enhance students technical proficiency and musical expression

Foster student creativity, discipline, and teamwork in a culturally responsive and inclusive environment. Other Duties/Responsibilities: Seasonal tied to a specific season or production Key Tasks/Duties:
