Head of Paid Search & Growth Strategy

Monks is seeking a strong Paid Search Lead to drive growth across our largest accounts, delivering strategy and hands-on optimizations with cross-channel teams. You will own Paid Search strategy for multiple clients and present recommendations to stakeholders for impact on ROI.
The role requires 7+ years of Paid Search experience, leadership ability, and a track record managing large budgets. Hybrid work with in-person meetings 1–2 times per quarter.
