Lead Web Content Developer

Leading the technical execution of a government agency's web environment, the full-time Lead Web Content Developer will manage modernization efforts, oversee site performance and accessibility, and provide hands-on leadership across Drupal and .NET platforms in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:

Lead technical execution for agency Internet and Intranet website support and modernization activities
Oversee technical aspects of agency websites, including performance, capacity, responsiveness, and ability to support expected traffic
Coordinate integration work involving Appian, SharePoint, and IBM DB2 while managing technical staff and contract requirements

Required qualifications:

10+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 10 years of .NET experience
At least 5+ years of Drupal experience with hands-on full-stack development expertise
Demonstrated experience functioning as a team lead in a federal government context
Working knowledge of Section 508 compliance for accessible federal websites
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field
