Growth-Driven Marketing Coordinator: Proposals & Content

Ware Malcomb is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support firmwide functions including proposals, presentations, brochures, events, photography coordination, website and social media. This role collaborates with the Corporate Marketing Team at the Irvine headquarters and other offices across the Americas.
You will strategize and execute RFIs/RFPs, oversee interview prep, create project content, manage marketing materials, and help raise market visibility for multiple offices.
