Catallia Mexican Foods in Eagan, Minnesota, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (2:00 pm–10:30 pm, Mon–Fri; overtime on Saturdays as needed) to lead a production team and ensure safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
