Posting Detail Information Position Summary The Enablement Strategist II serves as a senior delivery and enablement professional within the Innovation Unit, translating strategic innovation initiatives into executable programs, projects, and services. This role partners closely with campus stakeholders, Innovation Engineers, and cross-functional IT teams to break down complex problems, define implementation plans, coordinate delivery activities, and ensure successful adoption of innovative solutions. Operating as a bridge between vision and execution, the Enablement Strategist II focuses on tactical implementation, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and delivery coordination, ensuring that Innovation initiatives are well-scoped, effectively communicated, and sustainably supported once deployed. This position requires strong program and project leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work hands-on with customers and technical teams to move ideas from concept to operational reality.
Key Responsibilities Lead the tactical implementation of Innovation initiatives bytranslating strategic vision into actionable plans, deliverables,and execution roadmaps
Partner with campus stakeholders to understand needs, decomposecomplex problems, and define clear requirements and successcriteria
Coordinate closely with Innovation Engineers and technicalteams to support solution development, provide feedback, and ensurealignment with stakeholder expectations
Design, configure, and deploy innovative solutions usingno-code and low-code platforms (e.g., workflow automation tools,AI-assisted configuration, and configurable SaaS capabilities) torapidly address campus needs without traditional softwaredevelopment
Evaluate use cases for “clicks-not-code” approaches, determinefeasibility and limitations, and guide stakeholders towardappropriate solution patterns. Partner with Innovation Engineers toidentify when no-code/low-code solutions are sufficient versus whencustom development is required. Promote responsible, secure, andscalable use of no-code tools in alignment with enterprisestandards and AI governance principles.
Develop training materials and lead hands-on workshops andeffective, multimodal training sessions to enable campus partnersto confidently use new services and solutions
Manage program and project-level activities including planning,documentation, stakeholder communication, and deliverytracking
Support adoption and sustainability through documentation,training coordination, and transition planning
Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers throughoutthe lifecycle of Innovation initiatives, from project initiationthrough delivery and support

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience or master's degreewith 1 year of experience with information systems, instructionaldesign, educational technology, or related field; Equivalentcombination of education and experience may be considered.
Demonstrated experience planning and leading trainings,workshops, or enablement sessions with successful learningoutcomes
High level of comfort working with technology, including moderndigital tools and platforms
Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, adaptability,and the ability to support learners with varying levels oftechnical confidence
Demonstrated advanced technical proficiency; proven ability to independently design and implement technical solutions
Strong communication skills with ability to patiently andclearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences includingnon-technical stakeholders
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
This is a campus-based position with the possibility of hybridwork.
Preferred Qualifications Master's degree
6+ years of experience in a higher education or complexorganizational environment
Advanced familiarity with AI concepts and applicationsstrongly preferred
Experience with a multitude of software applications anddemonstrated ability to quickly learn and adopt newtechnologies
Experience serving as technical lead on significant projects orinitiatives
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolvesoftware-related technology-related issues in real time or throughguided support

Salary Range $85,000 - $95,000
