Store Lead: Elevate Customer Experience & Team

pOpshelf is seeking a Lead Team Member to help maintain a clean, well‑organized store and foster a customer‑first culture through outstanding store standards. You will assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operate a cash register, stock and recover merchandise, and support resets and merchandising initiatives to maximize sales and profits.
The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to follow planograms, and reliable teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.
