Experiential Art Director: Immersive Brand Environments

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Experiential Art Director for Ironworks, our in-house creative agency. You will design immersive environments and experiences—from permanent spaces to live activations—that embody our brand across global locations.
You’ll lead environmental graphics, interior design, and multimedia content, translating briefs into print-ready and digital assets while collaborating with architects, fabricators, and production teams.
