High-Ticket Sales Talent Scout

Curvion Blue is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and manage pipelines for the sales organization. This role focuses on identifying A-players who can perform in high-ticket sales environments and moving candidates through a fast, hands-on recruiting process.
You will own sourcing, screening, interviewing, pipeline management, and offers, working closely with leadership to define what great looks like for each role.
