Develops and manages content and functionality related projects that meet the needs of internal and external customers and supports tactical and strategic initiatives. Continually improves the Web site and Web site related processes. Serves as a team lead to prioritize, assign and direct work. Major DutiesWrite drafts and edit content in line with organizational style guidelines to format and publish information on websites and in print.Produce multiple concepts and prototypes to design digital products/services.Help others get the most out of external communications systems by offering support and advice.Provide analysis to monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns.Assist in the management of brand(s) by implementing brand plans and guidelines and measuring effectiveness.Help others get the most out of internal communications systems by offering support and advice.Identify, within the team, instances of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these instances and escalating issues as appropriate.Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
