Film Production Lead – Detail-Driven Self-Starter

Luma Creative LLC in the Bay Area is hiring a Production Coordinator to keep shoots moving smoothly—handling scheduling, crew and gear, budgets, call sheets, and all the behind-the-scenes coordination. We value a genuine self-starter with an obsessive eye for detail. No deep AV background required; willingness to learn and adapt is enough. This local, Bay Area role includes some in-person shoot days and occasional location scouts as part of a tight-knit, film-first shop.
