Overview: We are looking for someone rare. Someone who loves spreadsheets and storytelling. Who gets excited about a perfectly organized calendar and a perfectly written hook. Someone who can coordinate a board meeting on Tuesday, produce a podcast on Wednesday, and spot a viral social trend before lunch on Thursday. This role is for a detail-obsessed, creatively driven operator who serves as the right hand to our CEO. You will both protect the CEO's time and help amplify her voice, coordinating logistics one hour and producing meaningful, viral content the next. Part executive assistant. Part producer. Part creator. Entirely mission-critical. Your work will help reach millions of moms with hope, community, and Jesus.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production & Publishing
Support creative direction and execute content calendar of CEO-facing content, including podcasts, video, email, socials, and web.
Book guests and coordinate all details for podcast interviews.
Work with content contributors and writers to create viral content.
Produce micro-content (hooks, memes, stories, reels) for all channels.
Capture behind-the-scenes stories and real-time moments.
Secure collabs across channels.
Creative & Storytelling Support
Write captions, scripts, and storytelling copy (social, reels, email, video)
Brainstorm campaign concepts, cultural moments, and launches
Ensure all content reflects MomCo's voice: warm, bold, unexpected, Jesus-centered
Track trends, formats, and platform language
Bring fresh ideas and inspiration daily.
Capture ideas in meetings, travel, books, conversations, and everyday life, then develop them into future podcasts, talks, articles, books, and campaigns.
Executive Partnership
Own timelines, deadlines, and communication for major CEO initiatives and special projects.
Anticipate problems before they become problems.
Recommend solutions rather than waiting for direction.
Prioritize competing opportunities on behalf of the CEO.
Manage calendar, scheduling, and travel
Anticipate daily needs and remove friction from the CEO's workflow
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and preparation materials
Help execute three annual board meetings
Provide proactive personal + professional administrative support
Handle confidential information with discretion
Flexibly support evolving priorities as the needs of the CEO and organization grow.

Job Qualifications
