Strategic Marketing Operations Leader

SourcePro Search is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to oversee budgeting, policies, and reporting for the firm’s Marketing and Client Development departments. This role reports to senior leadership and supervises a Marketing Operations Specialist.
Responsibilities include coordinating with leadership to build and manage budgets, producing dashboards and forecasts, and ensuring processes and content are current and easily accessible across the department.
