Job TitleJob DescriptionAssists clinical dietitians by coordinating patient menus, diets, and food production data for accurate tray service.ResponsibilitiesMenu & Diet Management: Verifies diet orders, updates CBORD, and prints daily menus, tallies, and tube feeding lists.Patient & Clinical Care: Manages room service requests, modifies meal plans for age-specific needs (pediatric to geriatric), and escalates complex issues to dietitians.Communication & Support: Relays patient updates to kitchen staff, manages office supplies, and maintains a respectful, customer-focused environment.RequirementsEducation: High School diploma/GED preferred.Experience: 1 year in food service + 90-hour course (or equivalent).Skills: Basic computer skills (CBORD experience preferred).Posted Salary RangeStarting from USD $25.00/Hr.
