Then this is the job for you! As the Z3 Marketing and Communications Manager, you will own the marketing and communication strategy to promote and grow the Z3 platform and brand. You will manage the Z3 Project platform and advance its programs, ideas, messages, and content across the Z3 ecosystem.The Perks:Medical, dental, vision insurancePaid holidays and paid time off403(b) retirementFree membership at our award-winning fitness centerUnlimited access to our new R&R room - with a focus on RecoveryEmployee discount programBenefits exceptions apply, based on # hours worked per weekThe Core Duties:Translate Z3's organizational priorities and goals into a strategic marketing and communications campaign that promotes the Z3 platform.Develop, executive and manage a strategic marketing calendar that identifies where the Z3 platform should be marketed and promoted.Drive and manage marketing projects and campaigns from initial brief through completion; coordinating timelines, assets, approvals and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-schedule.Deliver a coherent and compelling story to strengthen and increase awareness and understanding of Z3 content, including programs, ideas and platforms.Develop, create, edit and distribute Z3 content across various outreach distribution channels that demonstrates strong creative and editorial judgement deliverables.The Essentials:High School diploma/GED equivalent required4+ years of relevant marketing or communications experience or equivalent demonstrated professional experience3-5 years of experience working for non-profit, educational, cultural, publishing or other mission-driven organizations; a plusStrong marketing judgement and demonstrated ability to translate organizational goals into effective marketing campaigns.Proven ability to translate ideas into creative marketing strategies. Identify problems and provide creative marketing solutions.Excellent writing, communication and edits skills.
